Return Policy
We want you to love your Stella Gray purchase, but if you need to return and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT.
SALE ITEMS - All sale items are FINAL SALE.
REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds but we do offer store credit. Please see the list below for non-qualifying store credit items.
STORE CREDIT - Eligible on non-final sale items only. The item must be postmarked within 10 days of being delivered to the buyer. Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout.
The following items DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind:
-Sale Items
-Jewelry
-Sunglasses
-Intimates (Bralettes, Bodysuits, Etc.)
-Handbags
-Hair Accessories (including Hats)
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
SENDING BACK RETURNS
• Please fill out the return form included in your order, along with your original invoice, and include it in the package when you send it back to us! If you have misplaced your return form, please email courtney@stellagraylux.com
• The customer is responsible for the shipping of all returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Swimsuits must have the lining still attached.
•We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
• Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once the item is received.
•Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit. Please make sure to hang onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived.
**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the criteria.
